Terms of Play

Draft. Last updated October 5, 2026.

Be kind. No cheating in ranked, events or leaderboards (autoclickers are only allowed in the Nitrous class and CPS tests). No sharing links or personal information in chat.

Coins and items have no cash value and can’t be sold, traded or wagered. Cars and cosmetics are looks only.

Click Racer+

Click Racer+ costs $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year (plus any tax where it applies) and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Cancel any time from Plus → Manage subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Paints and items you received while subscribed stay yours.

Refunds: if something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Where your local law gives you extra rights, those apply.

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy Click Racer+, and they must agree to these terms.

We can remove names, messages or accounts that break these rules.
